I really love these workouts. There are three workouts, one for your abs, one for your buns/legs, and one for total body (although I think it concentrates on upper body a lot). It uses the AMP bar (sold with his "Get Amped" workout package) but you can easily go without it. The ab workout is my favorite because I hate being on the floor doing simple crunches, and this does half the workout standing up (but still working the abs) and the second half on the floor doing moves that are much more interesting than just crunch...crunch...crunch...
If you have the AMPED set, this is a must to AMP up your workouts. The ROCKIN ABS workout is great, which is the main reason why I got this DVD. The workouts are only about 45 minutes long, so they do kill you. These workouts are actually better for the beginner because they are easier and the instruction is slower. The ROCKIN BUNS workout really gave me a good burn on my lower body. The SCULPT EXPRESS is a good low impact workout that is a good one to start with after a day off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this set of DVDs for the exercise enthusiast.
I exercise everyday. This has challenged me more and I feel I am even more toned than before. Even beginners can do this. You also don't have to have the bar if you can;t afford it right now. But the bar will challenge you more and get you faster results.
This DVD is great. I am on a weight loss mission and I know from years ago that Billy Blanks really works you out and keeps you motivated. These 3 workouts are focused on my problem areas and I am really seeing the results. I would recommend these DVDs to anyone who wants to lose weight or just want a great workout.
