I have several Jillian Michael's workout DVD's but this one is by far my favorite. There are three 30 minute workouts. One for the upper body, one for the core and another for the lower body. Jillian advises doing each one twice daily but I only do each one once weekly and I still see resukts. Mind you I'm quite petite so I'm not using it to lose weight but to tone up. I love that even though all three workouts are targeted Jillian still works out other body parts. Like all the videos I own there are three levels. One girl is doing the easier version, Jillian does intermediate and another one does the more advanced version. If you are looking for an exercise workout that will yield results look no further. I have tried yoga, Pilates and other types of exercise but didn't enjoy them. Jillian Michael's does mostly circuit training and I guess that is what I find more engaging.Read full review
