Authentic, easy to follow recipes with tasty results!
If you are looking for a book of authentic Mexican recipes, look no further. Don't let the picture of a white dude on the front scare you. This guy knows what he's talking about! His recipes are full of authentic ingredients and tips on where to find the best ingredients in the U.S. He also has some recipes "with a twist" where he'll make a new spin on an old favorite. If you ever get a chance to make it to Chicago to eat at one of Rick Bayless' restaurants, you will not be disappointed. Topolobampo, Frontera Grill, or Xoco are ALL awesome. Fresh, organic, healthy ingredients crafted into a tasty blend of flavors.

Wonderful Mexican recipes
Rick Bayless keeps things simple and direct. Recipes and techniques are clear and concise without all the nonsense. This book is great for new and advanced cooks wanting to master authentic Mexican and uses readily available ingredients you can find in most super markets now. From savory to sweet I haven’t made a recipe yet that wasn’t amazing. Highly recommend well done Rick.
