EXCELLENT !!
This gluten-free bread mix is easy to make, and tastes great. I grew up with homemade yeast bread and also have made it during the 57 years we have been married. If I have to now eat gluten-free, this bread mix is a good substitute. Every Pamela's gluten-free product I have tried is excellent.

I love this handy way of ordering gluten free bread mix!
I live way up where it's difficult to get g/f bread mix @ a reasonable price. If I order from the closest co-op, I have to but than I need. If I wait till I get to the one that has a little better price for any amount, I'm out. This was delivered to my door in a timely fashion so it was here b/4 I needed it! I'd suggest for those who gave it a poor rating they try another egg, some molasses or other sweetener, xanthum gum, a lil' flax seed (ground), some soy flour...I live way up where it's difficult to get g/f bread mix @ a reasonable price. Great taste for a Gluten free bread.
I made this in my bread machine (instructions are on back of bag). Super easy. It came out moist inside with a crispy brown crust and held together well when cooled and sliced for sandwich bread. It does taste different than regular white flour wheat bread, but if you have no choice, having a gluten intolerance, wheat allergy or celiac disease, this bread is amazing in comparison to frozen/cardboard looking gluten free breads in the grocery store. It makes it possible to have toast with your eggs, a pb and jelly sandwich or even French toast again. Very happy I found this.I made this in my bread machine (instructions are on back of bag). Taste is odd.
The bread is a bit sense but it has a strange flavor. Doesn't taste like any bread I have ever had. The loaf is pretty, well shaped and browned nicely. My basic white is 3 rises and 3 hrs. 45 mins long and time was ok. Not even a bit of that rich yeasty taste and aroma you expect from a yeast bread. Will not buy again.
