This cookbook is better than any of her others. Recipes are healthy and low-fat, but yet full of flavor. I LOVE this cookbook and always have good results. Especially useful is her low-fat blend of cottage cheese and yogurt for baking and parfaits etc. All that it lacks is photographs, but I've learned to trust her so much that it doesn't matter. This is a cookbook to turn to when no one elses book has the recipe you want. This copy was given as a gift. I have bought nearly half a dozen of them so far.
