This is a stand alone book and can be read as such. It is also part of a larger series by Dekker that if read first will add more depth to the story, and I also HIGHLY recommend. The Circle Trilogy (Black,Red,White), and Showdown in that order. I loved the read from start to finish. If you are a fan of thrillers you will enjoy. Nasty bad guy! Dekker keeps you guessing from start to finish. I couldn't put it down. Great reading!!!!

Saint is another unforgetable story of Good Vs. Evil from the author Ted Dekker. It is the continuing story of some of the events and characters that he touched based on in his book Showdown. It is set twelve years post Project Showdown, and upon reading it you never miss those twelve years. The plot of Saint is exceptional as are the plots in all of the author's works. The story of Saint links all of the Cirle Books together, and leaves nothing unexplained.
After reading this book, I really wanted to buy it. I have read it at least two or three times. Something I really like is that, although part of a series, it can also be read as a stand-alone book. If you like books filled with suspense and action, you'll find what you're looking for in Ted Dekker's books.
What I love about this book is it in an ongoing story line from Ted Dekker's Circle of Trilogy books and the Red, Black, & White set. There are really 12 books total in this entire set and it has been an amazing story as well as allegory of what Christ did for us. Love Ted's Books!!!!!!!!!!!
