It is definitely not commercial grade product. You have to work slowly so the machine doesn't over heat so if you have a large lot of meat to package after shopping at Sam's like I do, its not the greatest. I had trouble pushing the lid hard enough to latch, guess I'm not that strong. Otherwise, go slow, take your time and it does work.
