Peter Hardin is peacefully sailing his yacht with his wife when he is mowed down by a giant beast of a ship carrying crude oil. He survives but his wife is never seen again. After his miraculous recovery he is more than motivated to find out more about the captain who allows this destructive giant ship to plow the seas without any apparent professionalism by himself and his crew. Hardin vows to take his revenge on the captain and his ship and sets in motion a plan to destroy both the giant ship and it's lawless captain. He does just that but you will have to read just how creative his plan is and the lengths to which he will unfold his plan. This is my third time reading it and for the life of me I can't figure out why this great adventure novel is not a movie but then some things should be experienced only in the imagination.Read full review

I remember reading The Shipkiller many years ago and lost the copy. Was great to see it on ebay. its a great adventure story about things nautical. Get yourself a copy if you can, (like me) and enjoy the story. The author is 1 of my favourite writers, (keeps you guessing).
