    Great Bar & Chain

    I received two Bar & Chain combinations for my chainsaw. The Bar is the newer RolomaticE, which has a sprocket built into the end of the bar. The chain that fits this socket is different than the older ones. I bought a new clutch cover and a set of different size clutch rings. Yes, this was a learning experience but the result is a smooth running reliable chainsaw.

    Stihl saw parts

    I had to replace the bar on my MS290 after 8 years & many dropped trees & face cords. Stihl chains & bars hold up for many years . I heat my house with wood & keep my Stihl saw all Stihl because I can't afford to use after market parts that don't hold up as long ( tried a couple and was not happy ).
