I found this Country Zumba DVD to be easy to follow & easy to do. It's perfect for people with some Neuromuscular disability's that aren't able to keep up with some of the fast paced Zumba classes. I also like then music, one might even forget their exercising. just sing along and dance at your own pace and the next thing you know you're done with your workout. I would highly recommend.

I like the country music and they are REALLY energetic!!! Will certainly give a good work out if a person can follow it all the way through. You need a fair amount of room to move around it to do it right. I like the Zumba DVD's just because they are those things...... It makes me move more than I would otherwise.
