This is an excellent book of reference for those of you that aren't sure if you may possibly have ADD.My son was diagnosed, but I was always told I was just "a high-strung, anxiety-filled, person" that never finished what I started. I also had bouts of depression. This WONDERFUL book put it all into perspective in a format that addresses all the aspects from childhood thru adult from realization to recovery processes.I now use it as a reference guide and it stays on my night stand. It has even helped my spouse understand me better.I HIGHLY recommend this book to women in need of this type of advise.
The book is really well written and breaks down ADD and ADHD.....which is prevalent in Adults, who have never been diagnosed. This book answers a lot of questions and enlightens those who may have symptoms, who felt different, but didn't know why.
