Sound was scratchy at first but has corrected itself. Cleaned it up and it looks better. Had to round up a charging cable for it so took awhile before I could use it or write a review. It's a keeper. I use shuffles for both music and audiobooks. This one has some books on it. Had to delete all stuff on it from former user, but that was okay. Had no problem doing it. Charged okay.
