I am shooting with this Scope on a Outlaw Turkey/Card shoot 12ga. Shotgun with a 36", 11/4" Barrel. It has been on target every shot since I installed it. What a Bargain on a Good Scope. I will be purchasing more. And yes I would recommend it. So far 5 Stars all around.

This is my second tasco 6-24x42 and for the price they are ok if you stay at or below 20x. Once you zoom to 24x the image becomes cloudy looking and that's a shame. In the future I think I will stay with 4-16x with better glass because that's all you are getting from this scope.

So far I am impressed with this scope, have it on a customized Model 70 in 7mm RM. Have not really wrung it out yet but is very promising, it's not a Leupold or Huskemaw, but for the price clarity and brightness look good. Sight in looked good, movements were pretty on track, looking forward to another range trip for a little more fine tuning and start working some yardage (200+). Gave it 5 stars for value and function, have always been impressed with Tasco for those reasons, I own some more expensive scopes, and I wanted an affordable option for long range to see if the gun was capable of being a long distance shooter. I think it is a very good scope for the money, as good as some 3-4 times the price. We'll see if the scope holds up to Magnum recoil over time. Would not hesitate at this point to buy another.Read full review
Bought the scope to compliment a Ruger 308 Scout rifle, one of the best scopes I have, I also have a higher power Tasco scope on my 5.56 Weatherby tack driver. My first trip to the range resulted in a string of 12 rounds @ 100 yards, 2 sighters at 5 o'clock, over corrected to the left and up for 2 rounds, dialed it in and placed 8 rounds in a vertical line 1,25 inches. you can spend more money on a bigger name scope, but I am more than pleased with the performance of this very affordable scope.
I bought this scope to put on my Ruger 220 Swift to take care of Prairie Dogs at 300 plus yards. I wasn't disappointed. Using Hornady 35 Grain NTX lead free. Awesome results. If not for this scope, I would not be able to make those shots in the wind. Love being able to dial those dogs up close and personal. This is my first Tasco scope. I have nothing to compare it to. But I would buy another one. Happy Hunting.
