A world changer for me!
I can't say enough good things about being able to hear better because of the bluetooth capabilities of my Phonak Hearing aids with the use of the loop that I purchased. The loop serves as an antanna for my Phonak ComPilot making it possible to have sound go directly into my hearing aids from my computer, TV, Kindle and my smart phone. The long loop makes it eacy to remove to put into the charger at night, and it is ready to go the next morning.I can't say enough good things about being able to hear better because of the bluetooth capabilities of my Phonak Hearing aids with the use of the loop that I purchased. To short
The neckloop I have now is the long one and I thought it would be nice to have one that didn't hang so low but this short one is too short, it has to be unpluged to get it on and off, it is to short to just slip over my head. Other than that is works great

It's a cord. What can I say? But it got here much quicker than I first thought. I appreciated that because without it, the blue tooth to my hearing aids would not work! In fact, it broke when the Costco hearing aid dept was closed and I would have had to wait the weekend to go back to Costco and then THEY would have had to order the part so buying it on line was great!
