Receipt of the item was quick and efficient; before the estimated delivery date. Initially the DVD was as described until played. Playback revealed very* poor quality of Universal intro and black blips of dirt particles throughout the picture. These and other discrepancies led me to conclude the disc was bootlegged. The seller assisted, ordered a second ordered disc (Amazon), but it was the same. Seller service was exemplary. The item was the worst DVD quality I've ever seen.

To clarify - every item we sell is the authentic item from the studio. The DVD edition is from 2006 and the studio has not updated it since then, so the transfer is apparently not up to contemporary standards. We guarantee every item and shipped the buyer another unit from another platform, which confirmed that the issue is with the DVD transfer and they are all this way.
