    Terrible Taste

    For me (and my wife) the taste is obnoxious. The oily taste, to me is like castor oil that my dearly departed grandmother would lovingly force down my throat for anything that was wrong. For us, the seed is the best way to take the product. I use a coffee grinder to reduce the seed size making it easier to pour on any food - for both of us..
