Was purchased as part of DIY bundle. I at that time convinced myself it was a good idea. Well, for me at least it didn't work out because I didn't use it past two weeks. Nothing helped this taste better. One of the few bad to worse financial decisions I ever made. Am not saying it don't work, may for others. I can't tolerate it to find out. I will say it's good if you need help going to bathroom to #2. Plus it's messy due to powder residue floating in air; getting on belongings , and stained my inner cup of the two personal handheld blenders I bought to use with the bundle. Ended up throwing all 14 bags (total purchased bundle) because couldn't resell and nobody I know is into this type thing.

I'm following a macros diet and add this Matcha powder in my water once a day. I only put in about 1/3 of a teaspoon. It's not overpowering in flavor, the taste is smooth and earthy. No grit and easy to mix. I deal with a lot of food allergies and this Matcha doesn't give me heart palpitations or the shakes like other brands have. The price is fantastic for the quality and a little goes a long way. It's good to watch your portions when taking any Matcha as it can also block Iron from being absorbed among other things. Just like any supplements, moderation and being smart about your use is key. If the company keeps their manufacturing standards high I will be a customer for a long time.
