My friends have Samsung Galaxy 9, outside ego, no merit to spend $600 when Moto G6 is technically in many ways equal, except internal memory 32gb vs 64gb. Both have Android 8 Oreo and similar photo 12gb. The Moto Suggestions and features comparable to Samsung. Its not waterproof, but I can buy 3 Moto G6 for 1 Samsung if it drops in the ocean :)

I managed to cook the screen and blow up the old lithium battery when changing the battery on my first Moto G4 (if you do this, use alcohol to soften the OEM adhesive because it is amazingly strong). It would have cost $$$ even to DIY replace the screen, more than a good used phone. Plus it’s hard to DIY that repair. Nevertheless, I loved the phone so much I got another instead of upgrading it. I bought a beautifully refurbished one. I’ll save what’s left of my old one for parts, if ever needed.

Upgraded to Moto G6. Has some nice new features. I like the way it comes on when wiggled gently. My Iphones come on when it feels like and after violent shaking.

I love my phone (and that by an iPhone user!) It is much more intuitive than iPhone was and talk about battery life . . . if I forget to charge it, it is just fine the second day. Wuhoo!!
