The picture is excellent. There is nothing more to be said about that. The sound a hit or amiss depending on what you're watching and there is no easy way to adjust it. When you finally do get to the menu for adjusting the sound, it's very limited. Since the TV remote doesn't let you control any of the setting without the smartphone app, yet again, there is no easy way to do anything. A sound bar and patients are the accessories necessary to master this set.

I am normally very skeptical about ordering big ticket items online and especially from eBay. But this is by far the most amazing thing I've purchased from eBay. Amazing quality, the sound isn't as loud as I would like it to be, I think this is because they've placed the speakers at the bottom. However for the price and the quality and look that you get you cannot beat it with a stick! My tv is working perfectly fine and the 48" is quite large. I would definitely recommend this tv.
