Pros: Durable, Great photos, Great sound, price, large screen. Cons: Confusing interface, small buttons. I once thought I would never get one of those flashy new phones, but I am sure glad I did! This phone is outstanding! The battery life is good, camera is great, the sound is the best I've heard on any phone, and it's quite stylish and has a comfortable feel. The primary downfalls on this phone are the interface and how you interact with it. The second and perhaps bigger downfall would be the features. They're great but they require you to upgrade your plan, which can obviously be costly. A large number of the features require unlimited web browsing, unlimited data storage/transfer, and application fees. Interaction with the phone is O.K. but somewhat awkward with the carousel while trying to use the menu. Also, the menu has so many options, that they're not all numbered, which becomes an inconvenience; luckily there's shortcuts on the carousel. So, if you're looking for a reliable phone with great coverage, phenomenal sound, a good camera, that you can really personalize, look no further.Read full review
I bought this phone to keep at home so the nanny can always have a phone available. She loves it. Can text message back and forth easily. Call clarity very good. I get great reception in the house so no worries there. Sprint makes you sign a contract even if you bring you own phone so I could have gotten a free phone but they have almost no phones that do not require you to pay for a data plan. This phone is a little weak in features compared to the line up of android phones at sprint but it has everything I need. The qwerty keyboard is easy to use, the menu is well organized and the phone is pretty dependable so far. Good basic phone for the money and super easy to use.
Pros: It is great to listen to music with. I have had this phone since I upgraded my cell back in April 2010 and have not had very many problems with it. Always has a great signal, memory is good. No problem downloading or watching videos on YouTube. Cons: The internet browser is sometimes pretty slow, rarely my screen will freeze if I am trying to do to many things at once. Summary: Excellent phone! Never had any trouble downloading music onto it or anything. Never lose my signal. I have not had any big issues with this cell. It has never gotten wet or had moisture problems even when I'm out in the heat, exercising, jogging or sweating. It is small enough to fit in my pocket and is not bulky or anything. I do like the nature backgrounds and the animal sounds the phone has for ringtones. It has many nature-like sounds. I actually use the birds sounds for my text message tones.Read full review
The phone is very cute. The keys are very small and the number keypad is on the keyboard which can be a challange. The ringers that are pre loaded are very nature themed and the background is the earth rising. It has a very nice camera that is covered when the phone is closed. I good feature if it is going to be shoved in a binder most of the day. My eleven year old has no trouble with the size of the keys and uses the speed dail feature for almost all of his calls. I would not recommend this phone for an adult that uses a cell phone heavily. I purchased it for my middles school child and he is delighted.
This phone is nothing super special, however, it does everything I need it to do. My first one died after 2 years of hard use...so I bought another one because I did like it so much. I haven't any need for a "smart" phone, but I do use the mp3 feature, scheduler, alarm, text message, and many other functions this phone has. good battery life and ease of use (once you get use to it).
