Can't go wrong with an Odyssey putter. This one has the same great feel and balance as any Odyssey. The White Hot Tour insert is a little softer and mushier than the older Dual Force model I had. I think I personally like the older insert better as it was firmer and got the ball moving quicker. I also have a White Hot XG #7 with the same insert. These are good for faster greens. These two putters will soon be 10 years old but IMHO they are as good/better than the new stuff. My putter was cut down from 35 to 32 inches; but a great Winn AVS Midsize grip was put on it. When buying a putter; be sure to get the correct length. It makes all the difference. This putter sits down on the ground beautifully without any manipulation. So happy with the purchase. I guess the other five putters I have will be going on Ebay.Read full review

I have an Odyssey white hot 1 which is about 5 yrs old. It wasn't heavy enough after using lead weights to increase the weight. I tried the white hot tour1 at a local store. It felt like this is the one. When I went back to buy it. they had sold out. I went to ebay, bid on 3 or 4 before winning one at the price I wanted to pay. I waited anxiously for it to come. It arrived and took it to the local clubs' putting green to try it. after an hour or so, I found there seemed to be little difference in the weight or the performance of the tour 1 x and the older white hot 1. So, I decided to sell it back on ebay. The irony of the experience is that it sold for $20 more than I bought it. That is not common for me but it domed the strength and popularity of that Odyssey White Hot Tour 1. Everything worked out well except I still am looking for a new putter.Read full review
Well I did my home work on this purchase. I went to the local golf shop and actually tried the putter out. The putter I bought a while back had a slightly bent shaft not much just a little. I wanted to get a new one I never seem to hit the ball hard enough, and Odyssey putters are in the top ten for being well known. They are owned by Callaway golf and we all know their quality. When I saw the Putter on e-bay I knew that it was first rate quality and at a big discount in cost. Well I have used it numerous times and it is first rate. I am an average golfer and am very pleased with this purchase...
I have been playing the White Hot XG Rossie the last two years and just dealt with playing a light putter. I got the White Hot Tour #1 on sale at a local dealer and am 100% sold on it. The weighting of this putter is amazing (for those who like heavy putters). It has a similar feel weight-wise to the mid-weight Heavy Putter by Boccieri. It also seems that the insert is a little more firm than the previous White Hot models.
I thought I would try a new style of putter. Since I bought it I have reduced my putting strokes by from 3 to 5 strokes per nine holes. On long puts if I don't make them I end up being much closer then I have in the past. The club just seems that it is so comfortable in my hands. Also I purposely bought it as it is 32" which is much shorter than the ordinary putter. I am shorter than average and with this putter it feels as if I have more control.
