I purchased this phone on E Bay. The price was in my budget and it had all the bells & whistles I needed to bring my phone service up to date. My daughter has one so she is going to fine tune my knowledge so I can fully utilize it. The battery life is good for my usage, but since I have never used an android just a few more instructions would have been helpful. I recommend this phone as a basic inexpensive smart phone. I have signed up for the Ting network which works for me.
I've have been and still am an HTC fan. Unfortunately, after the release of the HTC Evo 4g LTE, they dropped the ball on "mid-range" 4 inch device. Enter the Samsung Galaxy Victory. Advertised as the little brother of the Galaxy S3, this phone packs alot of power into a tiny package. I bought this solely because I don't like big 4.7 screens of the EVO 4g LTE and the Galaxy S3. While it may not be "as good as" Galaxy S3, if you're upgrading from a two year old device, you'll be sure to notice the improvements. The dual core processor installs and loads apps in second, the entire phone boots in only a few seconds. And the battery is impressive, as a heavy phone/data user, I'm surprised I don't have to leave it on the charger all day long. While it may not be the "biggest and baddest" phone on the market, if you want something small, thin, and light: this is best option thus far.Read full review
Great phone for the money. No, not the latest/greatest, but a good solid phone. 4G LTE means better speeds than the 3G network, but it's not available everywhere (at least on Virgin). Camera specs are only average, but it takes pics as well as most, so I don't see it as an issue. Frankly, all the specs are pretty average, but it's still a very good phone for what they cost. Battery life is decent. Plastic case feels kinda cheap, but who uses a phone without a skin anyway? Screen is clear and bright, even outside in daylight. Bottom line: good phone, well worth what they cost.
I bought TWO of these from different sellers because of the Good price and they were the perfect size for my needs.I had one previously and I liked it very much so I decided to see if they were still available. They are just a little bit smaller than the S2 and the S3. The features are just right. This was my first foray into Smartphones from Flip phones.Very satisfied with both and the sellers as well.
I bought this phone because I needed something that was able to be set up through Kajeet service for my younger daughter. It was in great condition and works perfectly. The only thing that's a bit of a negative is that it's pretty limited on space and it's unable to send or receive emojis the way a more updated Android would. Other than that, the phone and seller I purchased from are great.
