Bought the Midas 3 for my nephew and couldn't be more pleased. It reminds me of a Diamond Razor edge and anyone wanting to get one of those should consider it. My sister has the diamond after a recommendation by me to get it as her primary for bow hunting. At similar poundage I would say that the Midas 3 is as fast and the chronograph we have (a Chrony F1) proved it last night. Both are smooth, and easy for anyone to handle and are easy to adjust. They both have modules that you just unscrew and put into another hole to adjust the draw length. Only real difference is the poundage maximum and the diamond gives you another inch of draw length, but after 40lbs and 28" most boys will probably either abandon the sport or upgrade to something better even if they had the razor edge. My nephew had no trouble lacing a few in the bullseye with it, granted that was at 15yds, but not bad for only a week. Also in case someone doesn't know it sets up like a full size bow, adult accessories from string to stabilizer to the rest (whisker biscuit). So to sum up. It's light, easy to handle, easy to adjust, smooth and fairly fast for only 40lbs max. I'm VERY impressed! Only complaint is the sight that comes with the package, workable, but we upgraded immediately to something better and round. It made more of a rectangular shape.Read full review
GREAT BOW!!! Have had two & recommend it to any parent who would like for their children to have the best possible archery equipment for the child's current age as well as years to come. The Browning youth series allows the child to grow with the bow's 18 to 45 lbs range for boys or the 18 to 35lbs range for girls. The Browning Micro Midas I is older but in my opinion better than the Micro Midas III but they are both fantastic archery tools that can even be used as a woman's bow at a 28 inch draw and 45lbs (which makes for a good hunting bow if placement is carefully administered). If you want the perfect bow for your loved one...this is the bow to get. ~Michael
Although I am new at using a compound bow I've found this one to be absolutely fantastic and easy to use as a beginner! It was easy to assemble to few parts it came with and was ready for use in a matter of minutes. It has made my experience with compound bow use a very pleasurable one as I look forward to taget practining every time I pick it up!
It arrived in only one week and it is great. My bow looks like it has never been used.

This is an excellent, yet inexpensive bow for a beginning adult female archer. My 14 year old daughter is unable to draw it at 30lbs, but I think she'll get there quickly once she gets the motion worked out on a kid bow. I'm shooting very accurately after just 2 weeks. Its adaptability means I will be able to hunt small-medium game should I choose to, especially with the Micro-Adrenaline limbs that will take it up to 50lbs.
