My friend told me about this DVD and so i thought it sounded like it would work, and i got it and the next day after using it, i woke up and my whole body was sore even the parts i didnt know i was working. And Trainer all the while in the DVD makes you feel refreshed with his pep talks and really makes you wanna work out. There is no downside to this at all. i would recomend it to EVERYONE!
it's a great workout dvd. it will make you sweat even on the low impact. the instructor didn't get on my nerves which happens often with workout dvds. it will be in my line up from now on. i do many of these dvds so i like to think i'm a good judge of them.
Good workout..quality is good on the DVD.. Thanks I like the exercises they are not too difficult. Can be done with things most people who are concerned with their health have at home already.
This workout will really keep you motivated..I bought this to help get back in shaped after having my baby!! LOVE IT!!!
It's fun and not overly stressful. The cheerleaders are trustworthy because you can see the results they have with their bodies.
