When I tried to return the item because there were parts missing I contacted seller with my concerns that the parts were housed already. They responded with we don’t sell used parts. The refund was delayed and when I informed them. There response was my paperwork got lost in the shuffle. I am a first time customer with this company I would never purchase items from them again

They are correct we do not sell used parts, there was a part missing either from packing at the manufacturer or during shipping. We immediately provided a prepaid return label and have refunded buyer fully. Buyer was very confusing, after asking to return they then wrote "Why is my order ask to be returned by your company after it’s paid for and shipped" I believe this buyer is confused with the processes or with another purchase.
