Was considering cancelling my cable due to climbing rates and wanted all my favorite TV series on DVD. This set comes beautifully packaged and organized. The 94 episodes/18 DVD's are contained in an 11x7 cardboard book. There is a soft, velvet-like lining on the interior of the book. Each page has a different, beautiful photo from the series and also a synopsis of what episode is on each DVD contained within that particular page. There are also elegant inlays of the show's famous quotes throughout the book. All fans of Sex and the City know about the "Carrie Bradshaw" quips throughout each episode. This insightful, humorous series is the perfect end to a hectic day. I'm thrilled with this DVD set.
It is one of the best tv shows I have ever watched. It empowers woman and shows us that there are other options to life besides graduating high school and becoming a house wife. These four woman show us that we can rule the world while in Jimmy Choos :) It talks about everything a single woman has to go through and what happens when your not so single anymore. It makes you fall in love with fashion and New York City. Many shows will come and go but none will ever beat the four single gals from NYC :)
I just have to say im very identify with the show since the first time I saw it, and have become my favorite of all times. I decide to buy it because its a classic for me. However, I have to say, after seing the whole show, again, I think is missing something, I remember one episode where all girls were talking about their lives and have this memory form back in highschool or something, and even tho they met in NY, the memory they had about the past all of them were together at lunch and having some sort off the same conversation as they were having it. Im not sure if im right but i remember seeing that episode long long time ago
