There is a LOT of foreclosure investing material on the market. In this book they attempt to zero in on the best most effectives ways to tap into this market instead of generalizing or trying to cover the whole world of foreclosures. I hate books that are 90% fluff and 10% substance and this book is not like that. However I will say that the writing style of Peter and Davids books is not as proffesional as others. I am not sure if this is on purpose (Maybe they are trying to convey a good ole boy attitude) or what but if you can see past that you will probably enjoy this book. This book is a beginner to moderate book. A seasoned investor will get little out of this book.
At first the examples were kind of annoying but then they started to really help with the explaining. This is an excellent foreclosure guide and possibly one of the best books on real estate I've read, very well written.
