I love this series and was happy to get the 4th season when I did. However, the discs themselves do not play well no matter which of the 4 dvd players I use. I do not have cheap players so it is quite disturbing when the picture freezes or scrambles. I am not sure if I just got a bad copy or if the manufacturing process is flawed. Nuff said about the discs themselves, the storyline is intense and leaves me wanting to watch the whole season marathon style. If you liked the first three seasons then you'll love season 4.

i could not wait to get this! and it did not disappoint! you have to be a hard-core sons fan to understand why you have to see every single moment of this show, and you have to own it! i had seasons 1-5, and was on the edge of my seat until this season was released. i had tried to record episodes of it in the middle of the night, and something always went wrong. and they played like a million commercials with each episode, so i was always short on the time. anyway, i pre-ordered this (something i have never done before) and it worked out perfectly! i am recording season 7, but i may have to buy it eventually to have all the bonus features. it's a tragedy that this series is ending! i will miss it terribly! thus, owning these seasons is mandatory! the characters on this show are just addicting. the psychology is riveting. kurt sutter is a genius! and the actors are amazing! i wish more shows were this engaging.
