I had one of those right angle attachments for my drill, but it didn't fit into the tight corners and was akward. The DeWalt DW960 is perfect for getting into the tight spaces. I am in the process of finishing my basement and it great for drilling holes between studs and joists for wiring. It has plenty of power and can drill more 3/4" and 1" holes on one charge than I need. It came with 18V-XRP batteries, which are a bit heavy, but it has the Nano base so if I upgrade down the road it would be a bit lighter. Overall it is not a drill I will use a lot, but it is great to have when needed!!!
I was pleased with the drill. It works in tight spaces that a regular cordless drill would not fit. It has good power and the batteries last a sufficient amount of before needing to be charged.
This is a nice powerful right angle drill. I have a small cabinet shop and use these Right angle drills to assemble narrow cabinets and install the hardware. the only draw back with this drill is the battery pack is SO bulky for this aplication.
I have looking at this righ angle drill for quite a while looking to purchase at a good price. I did finally get one and have used it to delight. I was surprised that it was heavier than I expected it to be it's heavier that my Dewalt cordless drills. but I do like it.
I think this is one of the best drill that you can use when your in a tight spot. The batteries hold up a long period of time, not like some of the cordless drills out there.
