I was never really a fan of the original Star Trek series (I liked the movies) and it wasn't until the early 90's before I started watching TNG. I think I was instantly hooked! The story lines, the characters, everything about TNG just seemed to click. Over the years after the series was canceled, I would find myself catching a re-run here and there and all time would stop while it showed! I think TNG remains to this day the only TV series I would watch religiously. Season 3. was a good season. Many great episodes to be watched. The character's roles really start to fall in place (and the return of Dr. Crusher!). My only complaint with this season is the end episode which is a two part. It is the episode where Picard gets captured by The Borg and becomes "Locutis". The season ends on the first half of the episode and leaves the conclusion on the Season 4. dvd. I thought it was a little weird that they would do that but the bonus dvd that comes with Season 3. explains why (the writer was going to leave the show and let someone else write the conclusion. If you want to see both parts to this episode, your going to have to buy Season 4. as well...). All in all, Season 3. has been a great experience and a great buy! A must have for any TNG fans out there. Buy it today...you won't regret it!Read full review

I grew up watching these shows on TV and was pleased when they became available on DVD for home use. All your favorites are back yet again for season 3. I feel many of the character's personalities begin to come out and shine as you start getting more "Data" episodes, "Picard" episodes, "Worf" episodes and so on. I have all but the last two seasons on DVD. I would recommended any Star Trek fan watch TNG in chronological order though.
