    Great part !

    I have a 2006 e90, it started to shift hard when i came to a stop, i did some reading and it said it was time for an oil change,so i did it including new filter,it did not change i did some more reading and found that this piece wears out and can cause exactly what i am expierencing hard down shift when coming to stop,this is under valve body so i went deeper into transmision and this fixed it !
