Must use as directed, start with one capsule and work your way up to a max of 4. These pills are a huge relief when I become irregular or bloated, no violent reaction or painful cramps, and they're all natural. Great product!

I’ve been taking as directed and really only had a very large bowel movement one time after taking it for 5 days. Not to be skeptical I’ve continued taking it as directed and continued to increase by one each night. It’s not or hasn’t given me extra bowel movements besides the one big one. I don’t have any bowel issues to begin with I was using it to aid in weight loss. I’ve been following a Keto or low carb diet and had lost ten pounds already when starting the colon cleanse. My weight is exactly the same as when I started the colon cleanse. I will continue to take them until gone and see if I get better results. At first I did not feel anything. I take a pill one day and then another day in the same way and nothing happens. As on the fourth or fifth day at night (before going to bed) I take another. I got up at 2:00 am and I could not sleep, I spent all that time until 6 or 7 am in the bathroom. In a moment I thought I had emptied and in several minutes again running. At that time my anus is so hot from sitting on the toilet, I felt burning. Lol! I think it worked for me. But it is strong. It's functional for those who have severe constipation.
