    A lot less than it is advertised to be. Smalll and easy to swallow...but doesn't do the job.

    I bought this product because I was taking two ten mg caps and thought it would save time and storage. Turns out I was awake all night the first night and again the second. I would fall asleep right away with my 2 ten mg caps .....another manufacturer. Needless to say, I am back on the two tens. I would not recommend this product.
