It does what it says it's going do and does it very well. However, I could not give it a 5 because I do have side effects the next couple days after using it (headaches). I've tried taking it with a meal, after a meal and 1 hour before bed time but with the same great results (except for the lingering headaches). Would welcome any resolution recommendation!

This particular one i receive all 3 packages looks old, i.e. each package have 2-3 capsules look like they crashed inside and powder was on walls of individual packaging.
