The best amino acid for quality sleep I know of.
Go to Reddit's r/nootropics, there are tons of people using 3g of this at night for sleep. We aren't getting enough of this in our diets from not eating the entire animal (collagen peptides have a lot of glycine, but they also contain tyrosine which can keep you up at night so best to take those in the AM, then the 3g glycine at night, often with some chelated magnesium (I like Doctor's Best). 6 hours sleep on glycine feels like 12 and I'm relaxed the next day. This should be what doctors are trying first, not synthetic chemicals with risky safety profiles, imo.

Smaller dose for me
I appreciate being able to open tablets and half the dosage. I am very sensitive to supplements and usually need a smaller dosage than most. Too much made me restless during sleep, but a smaller dose has helped me sleep so far (a couple weeks taking now) as I had hoped and feel clear-headed (not groggy or anxious) in the morning. Powerful sleep aid
I've tried a lot of sleep meds and supplements. This has been the strongest stuff I've tried so far. It knocks me out hard and I sleep through the night. The only problem is that it gives me terrible brain fog the next day. This does happen in a small number of people who take this. I'm one of the unlucky ones I guess. But odds are it'll work great for you.
