My nails also look healthier. The new 2021 bottles are smaller as well as the capsules. This is great price on this product, provided it contains exactly what's labeled! The label says: "Third Party Tested", but does not list the agency that did the testing! I'd feel more confident if it was labeled "USP", or "Good Housekeeping"! But as Nutricost makes numerous products and has a good reputation, I'll accept that it contains what it says it does and hopes that it does what I need it to! As it is a good value at this price, I'll recommend until I know otherwise! This is great price on this product, provided it contains exactly what's labeled! Also mosquitoes are quite thick where I live and for the first time ever I have not even gotten one bite! I am NOT pushing this as a mosquito repellent, but maybe there IS something about the B vitamins in this respect.
