I feel kind of dumb that it only recently occurred to me to look into Radiohead's EPs and other releases apart from their full-length albums. This EP is brilliant, and having heard it only this year, if it were any other band I wouldn't have guessed it was released 10 years ago... but thus is the overall nature of Radiohead anyway. Being very familiar with their full-length albums I'm sure I could have guessed this came from the OK Computer era (besides the fact that Airbag can be found on that album), but the songs are still innovative and timeless in a characteristically Radiohead way. I love this EP as much as their full-length albums.
This cd shines with thoughtful creativity and cleverly interpreted tangents. Though it hasn't received as many compliments or critic praises as the previous albums of theirs, it certainly has been overlooked. An amazing album that no cd collection would be complete without. Fall asleep to it, wake up to it, fall into a daze with it, either way you prefer, it will still amaze you.
This EP is a wonderfully rare find. If you are a Radiohead fan there are a few songs you may wish to listen to, and may not have heard before. Specifically the songs: Pearly, Meeting In The Aisle, Reminder, and Melatonin. You'll receive an after taste of OK Conputer, which of course featured as its first song "Airbag."
This mini-album has great songs, especially if you like the OK Computer era. The case is an awesome digipack that is regular CD case size allowing it to fit easily on your CD shelf.
The best collection of B-Sides Radiohead has ever released. Recommended for anyone who adored OK Computer as much as I did
