I'd been meaning to purchase this album for some time. And on a whim suddenly decided to take the plunge. Upon listening to the recording in it's entirety. I was chilled, relaxed and in a good frame of mind. Good for well being and mental health.

This is wonderful background music for quiet contemplation when you don't want anything too intrusive. I'd heard one track before buying and that was enough to get me to buy...and it's been played constantly!

Music for writing
I bought this CD after reading an interview with an author (name of David Mitchell, I think) who wrote the excellent "Cloud Atlas", in which he said that when he was in his writing shed at the bottom of his garden this was what he listened to. It is very unintrusive music, some may say anodyne (I do play it at bedtime) but restful and makes good background noise for sudoku, crosswords or just writing Booker Prize-winning novels
