The movie this music was based on would not have been nearly as wonderful without it. The music is unique and fantastic. It is funny, energetic, expressive and just down right fun!!! It mixes beats and regular instruments with vacuum cleaners, fridge gratings, and bike tires as musical instruments. The harmonies of the "triplets" are to die for. one fo the best soundtracks ever, with or without the movie.
This is an awesome soundtrack it is fun and enjoyable to listen to, the best songs on this soundtrack are all of them. If you have not listened to this soundtrack then I recommend you do

If you are into funky musical ideas (bicycles and refrigerator parts as instruments) and, for lack of a better word, hip, swingin' old-time style french music, then you'll appreciate this. A lot of the songs are based off of the one theme song, so you'll here the musical theme over and over again, but it's a good song so i'm not complaining.
