It's hard to say which is better, Lust for Life or The Idiot, both are epic, but I would say Lust is Iggy at his best! --1977 was a great year for both Iggy and David Bowie, both artists were experiencing a strong creative resurgence here and it shows. Highly recommended!

Although I've known of Iggy Pop for many years - I wouldn't say I'm a HUGE fan -but this CD ROCKS! It's one of those that you need to have in any collection. Lust For Life is a classic song - which has a great beat and you can dance to it...LOL Great song for driving ...
I think this is the second Iggy and Bowie colaboration album, and is great, you can hear the "experimental" touch here as well as in The Idiot. In addition, here there are two songs that Bowie will cover in the "Tonight" album: Tonight, Neighbourhood Threat, both of them songs written by Bowie. This also happened with some of The Idiot songs. This is a great reason for having it in a Bowie CD collection, in a 70s CD collection or in a ALLTIMESROCK CD collection hehe.
