I decided to purchase another copy of this movie because, the first on was recorded on a VCR to VCR and was watched so often that the tape came off the conection to the tape! I love the movie so much that I had to have a new co[u/ Plays great. Love David Bowie's dark charater. All the unexpected puppets. Thought maybe there was a scene or two I hadn't viewed, but no. Definitley a great classic.
I really enjoy this movie. I gave it and excellent marking for it is one of the best older movies of all time to me. I do wish it was more updated though, but it is a great movie that I grew up on. For those who love to watch magical and fun movies this is the choice for you and your family.
jim hensins most origional work in my opinion, this is a classic story and a flashback to better times when films had deep meaning,. david bowie is perfect for the role though you can CLEARLEY see his penis in those tight pants, but who cares!
A Real Classic that transcends time. I enjoyed it with my children and now am enjoying it with my Grandchildren. Has mesmerizing and memorable scenes. The modern day Wizard of Oz.
