Instrumental Gong: yes you don't have to listen to Daevid Allen pratle on about pot-head pixies and ruin a song that's otherwise great musically! The first song is the best, the aptly titled "Heavy Tune" with Mick Taylor playing lead. Elsewhere Alan Holdsworth plays all the guitars, with Daryl Way of Curved Air on violin. Lots of cool percussion by the French rhythm section, you can't go wrong with this one, seek it out !!!!
Actually I heard this album firstly in 1990's when I was in University. Then I watched eBay and found the album. The percussive section is unique, it change keyboard role in a combo band. The Guitar come with passion..well..nice work mr. allan holdsworth. I prefer Gong music with piere moerlen era compare with concept by david aelen, its music rather confusing. In Piere moerlen era music slightly enjoyable but still fantastic.
Great Prog rock!

This is perhaps the best record of late-era Gong.
