This CD is in my library under Electronic (both in Style and Genre). _"I've got a word of thanks that I'd like to say for the way that I feel today."_ What I love about it: The vocalist in "SMACK MY BITCH UP". I just crank up the volume until I can't hear myself singing along. There are nine people listed in the [Composer] field on the track "Firestarter". Liam Howlett is all over this one, the majority player, and sole credits for "Funky Shit" and "Mindfields". I decided to buy it because --like the Staind CD, Break The Cycle-- that I wrote a review for earlier, I had previously purchased this CD as well. I had this one back in 1997. What do I dislike about it? Well, it was hard not to drive too fast when it was playing in my car. I could listen to one track, especially like, "Narayan" (which is just over nine minutes long) and reach my destination before the next track started. If I listen to it when I work out, I'll definately be sore the next day. ;-) Personal Trainers may refer to this as an, "Ergogenic Aid". This music can really get you moving. I think this type of music rocks it is differint from the norm. It has been out for a few years and still holds its own with things that have been recently released. I baught it because I had owned it preveously and it was stolen and always wanted to get my hands on it again. The first time I owned it I decided to get it from the video that I seen I was verry impreced from the lerycs as well as the cutting eadge styel that prodigy has.
I've always been a fan of Prodigy because of it's fast pace, high energy music. Listening to this CD is like having five cups of expresso in the morning; it gets you pumped! Each song containes a nonstop rush. It's a great CD to listen to if you're excersizing, getting ready to go out, or trying to stay awake while driving. You won't fall asleep listening to this!
The Prodigy is one of the best EDM & Techno bands ever. They revolutionized the electronic music scene and electronic music has been phenomenal since then.
