It took me a couple years to get around to giving this one a chance, as I'm old school in that the "classic Yes lineup" can never be replaced. This is a good collection of songs that improve with each listening, even if it does take time to adjust to new vocals. The instrumentals give the feel of classic Yes: Squire and Howe still sound great and have earned their places among the best bassists and guitarists ever. Love the Roger Dean art! Definitely worth a try even for Yes diehards from the 70's.
Great to hear some of the classic line up working together again. The album opens with a lengthy suite of songs loosely threaded together by the title theme, some of which constitute the best material on the album. The far reaching juxtapositions of adventurous material customary in their 70's albums is not present, however. The approach here sounds very slick, matured and well-measured. I'd call it more "art rock" than "progressive rock" as it is not very progressive, but IS quite artful. I would liken it closer to a typical Alan Parsons album than to a typical Yes album. Anyway, I am thoroughly enjoying it, and anxious to see them live this very evening.
Great collection I've been looking for since its original release in 2011

This is a great CD plus a bonus DVD. As a long-time fan of Yes I may be a bit biased, but I think they have done an excellent job on this album. Benoit David has definitely got his wings with this one! Couldn't believe Trevor Horn was involved, along with Geoffrey Downs.
Awesome melodies. This is a 70's style 'art rock' type of disc with many strong melodies, different time signatures and of course, lots of talent. The absence of Jon did not stop these guys from creating a masterpiece. You have to listen to this disc several times to begin to get a grip on it. The more you listen, the more you want to. It is totally and wonderfully addictive.
