Wonderful love story grounded in realistic even quirky characters and challenging situations. Nobody is taken for granted, each keeps good boundaries --in the end. I didn't understand the implications of PAL format, but quickly found a highly rated, inexpensive DVD & CD player, the Jinhoo, which plays DVDs from any country and format. So all around great experience. This is one of my favorite Audrey Tautou films.The English title is almost an enigma. Love the French title.
