Yeah, Five stars. I'd give it 6 if I could, it's that good. If you are a fan of Hackett-era Genseis this is an absolute must have. Almost 40 years after the fact Mr. Hackett still has the drive, and the chops, to do this classic material the justice it deserves. And he pulls it off with Genesis style and Genesis class, without any sort of doubt. This show takes me back to the old days and it's a thoroughly enjoyable trip from start to finish. Be sure to get the whole show; both DVD and live CD, as both are great in their own way. Pluses are Steve Hackett, Steve Hackett's guitars, Steve Hackett's guitar playing (can you tell I'm a Hackett fan? :) The dude seldom disappoints), the material (all the great songs), the stage show, the production values, Steve 'The Whale' Rothery's solos, Steve Hackett, and everything else. As I said before if you are an early Genesis fan you will not be disappointed.Read full review

I never was much of a Genesis fan in the 70s. However, rediscovering Hackett's solo career later on, and his revitalised versions of Genesis tracks, I am a firm fan of Hackett now. By any measure, this five-disc collection (DVD of the concert; "Behind the scenes" DVD; three CDs of the music) is worth buying. Most of the backing band is the same as recently, and new vocalist Nad Sylvan is not a let-down. Nice to see Nik Kershaw (to my mind, the only good thing to come musically out of the 80s) as a guest vocalist. It is also nice that this DVD does not repeat many of the tracks available on other Hackett live DVDs.
