Great songs from a band that has been around for many years. Many classic hits and others on the CD. A great addition to anyones collection. Especially those that like this type of Progressive Rock (which is great BTW). Great songs all the way the CD. Love it!!
A sampling of material from the bands 1967-1970 period. Contains the usual hits you would expect to see, plus a few rarities for the completist. The version of "Quite Rightly So" is from a European single and has different lyrics than the album version. "In The Wee Small Hours Of Sixpence" is also from a single and has a slightly different mix than the standard version. The disc also comes with a fold out cover with some pretty cool pictures and liner notes. It has a running time of a little over 74 minutes, so you'll definitely get your moneys worth on this one.
I bought the cd because I loved the song "Whiter Shade of Pale", back in the 70's. While the whole cd is good, that particular song is my all time favorite. What I love the best is the music being played. My only regret is that it wasn't a longer version!
