I owned the Lp version of this concert and wore it down. Put quite simply, this is Monk and his Quartet in peak form, probably the best live document we have from this period.In essence this is a completely new unedited release (the Lp had some 11 tracks edited to fit the Lp format) with three wholly new tracks. If you're a Monk fan, this is a must-have. I'm especially fond of Blue Monk, Ba-lue Bolivar Ba-Lues Are and Misterioso.
