In the 1990's Ian's music style has started to evolve to include a style of music from the Far East. To be more specific, sounds that you might hear in Bombay or New Delhi, India. Root to Branches has some flavor similar to the Divinities album. But, to say this album is one style or another, it really is several. Rare and Precious Chain, Dangerous Veils and Out of the Noise have the Far Eastern flavor to them, but, you tell the style is still Ian Anderson through to its core. Wounded, Old and Treacherous makes think of Bungle in the Jungle. There are many more on this album that I am sure you will enjoy.
