Yes, that's right, a 5 star rating for the worst selling album of the Zeppelin's career. What makes this one so good is that it leaves out much of what many of their other efforts bigger sellers, but worse albums. Only on a couple of tracks do they become hysterical morons, and even then, the unusually inventive and controlled instrumental attack keep things interesting. By far the most acoustic music they ever recorded, at times they are even SUBTLE. The additional disc of unreleased material included in this deluxe edition is well worth the added cost, and you can't say that about many of these affairs. There's a reason they're called expanded editions, not improved editions. Imagine, a bonus disc you'll actually play more than once! So, there you have it, a great repackaging effort, and a Led Zeppelin album you can enjoy even if you're not a big Zeppelin fan. The deluxe edition of LZ IV is also excellent.Read full review
